Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops, approximately 1 inch thick
  • 3 tablespoons Cajun seasoning, divided

  • 1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions
